Compliance Officer Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team.
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Responsibilities Ensure business compliance with local and state regulations.
Manage tag and insurance registrations for all company vehicles.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations for all company vehicles.
Ensure business operations are in compliance for fire inspections.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Prepare OSHA reporting and ensure compliance.
Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters.
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance.
Stay up-to-date with relevant changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's compliance.
Act as a liaison with insurance and legal professionals to ensure compliance with insurance policies and legal requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Minimum two (2) years of related work experience; bachelor's degree in related field a plus Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of OSHA compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office If you are interested in joining us, we encourage you to apply today!
