* *Craft Legal Solutions:* Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.

* *Business Planning:* Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.

* *Court Representation:* Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters.
Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.

*Requirements:*
* Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
* Active Georgia state bar membership
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
* Strong communication and public speaking abilities
* Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.
* Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters
