What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative/clerical support to the various areas within the Legal/Compliance Department.
Compiles documents for court issued Subpoenas and Requests for Production of Documents and other information requests from government agencies such as IRS, Social Security Administration, and Georgia Department of Family & Children Services within established timeframes.
Determines and processes any fees to be collected.
Performs various daily, weekly, and monthly duties related to management of all third-party vendor relationships affecting the credit union.
Performs various daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of file maintenance and account activity.
Prepares various status reports/metrics for management related to specific duties.
Serves as a point of contact for credit union employees to educate and support the information related to specific duties.
Develops, maintains, and implements policies and/or procedures related to specific duties.
Manages and completes other duties assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

What You Need To Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years financial services industry experience
1 year similar or related job experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal Certification
Prior contract administrative support experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to understand and interpret Compliance statutes, rules, and regulations, demonstrating a keen awareness of legal and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate advanced skills in conducting detailed research using online systems and efficiently utilizing the document retention system.
Exhibit proficiency in navigating various technological tools, including word processing systems, fax and copy machines, spreadsheet programs, and other credit union systems.
Possess excellent language skills, both written and verbal, enabling professional interactions with employees, members, and third-parties.
Showcase strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting established deadlines.
Display proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internet research tools.
