1.
52 acres of land.
Large front yard
Roof was replaced by Crosby Roofing approximately 7-8 ago after a tornado
Work shop in back yard.
Yard is fenced in behind shop to the end of our property.
You could keep goats or chickens or whatever type of animal the city allows.
I know they allow horses, chickens and goats, dogs and cats.
There also is a wood fence from the side of the house that runs to the chain link fence that separates our property line from the neighbors.
The wooden fence was replaced 2 years ago.
A slab for a 4 plus car garage was laid but we never finished it because my husband became very ill.
Wood floors in most rooms and ceramic tile in sunroom, kitchen and bathrooms.
In second bedroom we never did anything with it so the carpet needs to be removed and it needs to be painted.
Of course the color of paint is the person who lives there preference.
The sunroom has had new insulation, new ceiling and paint after the tornado mess up the roof and we had a leak there.
We had blown insulation in attic 2 years ago

Beautiful wall to floor book case that my husband built out of 100 year old wood.
2 sets of sliding barn wood doors
The windows were replaced approx 10 years ago.
They flip down so you can easily clean them.
Screened in Front porch 100% renovated 8 month ago.
From the screen in porch there is a door that you can use to enter the house where the 3rd bedroom is and there is a large area that can be made into a play area, game room, mother in law area, a small studio apartment or an office area or just about anything you want.
The laundry area is large enough for washer, dryer, water heater and a large freezer.
My husband built a nice storage area for towels, blankets, sheets, etc.
Large sunroom on backside of kitchen that looks out into back yard.
The master bedroom is huge.
You could have an office area in there or a sitting area to just sit and relax to read or watch TV.
In the pictures of the bedroom you will see putty on the wall and that is where I put putty over nail holes and never got around repainting.
This is a beautiful home and we did a lot of work to it.
I am selling it because my husband passed away and it is just to much house for me and to much yard for me to maintain and try to keep up.
The town is quiet and we lived there for almost 14 years and never had any problems and everybody was always so nice and friendly.
People are always out walking.
There is several churches in the area and one right across the street from the house.
The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
They had goats and chickens and grew a garden and gave us fresh vegetables every year.
Great place to live.
I just dropped the price from $210,900 to $180,00 and I am selling AS IS because of this huge price drop and I am pretty set on the 180,000.
Not that I am not flexible at all.
There is nothing MAJOR wrong with the house.
However, the city was suppose to turn the water off but did not do it and the movers left the water barely dripping from the washing machine and there has been some water damage to the sheet rock and the wood
flooring.
The realtor had a water damage company come out and examine the damage and he said there is no structural damage at all.
But of course we will get all that verified and in writing and I am also working with the city on the matter.
I have the pictures and if you are interested in the house I will send you the pictures.
But as I said I did a $30,900 and that should help do a lot of changes that you would want to do and I did the price drop because I need to sell this house ASAP because I can’t afford the payments and I do not want to lose it.
I need the money from the sale to get me something to live in that I can afford.
I am 62 years old and disabled.
