I just dropped the price from $210,900 to $180,00 and I am selling AS IS because of this huge price drop and I am pretty set on the 180,000.
Not that I am not flexible at all.
There is nothing MAJOR wrong with the house.
However, the city was suppose to turn the water off but did not do it and the movers left the water barely dripping from the washing machine and there has been some water damage to the sheet rock and the wood
flooring.
The realtor had a water damage company come out and examine the damage and he said there is no structural damage at all.
But of course we will get all that verified and in writing and I am also working with the city on the matter.

But as I said I did a $30,900 and that should help do a lot of changes that you would want to do and I did the price drop because I need to sell this house ASAP because I can’t afford the payments and I do not want to lose it.
