Property Manager

Are you looking to start a new career? We have a position as a full time Property Manager in Fort Valley, Georgia.
We are looking for the right candidate that has customer service skills, is a quick learner and likes a new challenge every day.
This position is responsible for the daily property operations, leasing of apartments, collection of rent, resident retention as well as throwing resident event activities.
Leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Candidate must be detail oriented, willing to learn and self motivated.
Prior tax credit experience would be helpful.
