Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and help us launch a new market in Macon and Warner Robbins Ga.
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and sales skills.
Duties:
* Assist in Walking Properties to Determine Properties to Acquire
* Prepare Offers
* Present Offers in Person at the Appointment
* Manage Negotiations over time
* Follow Up with Seller's(Weekly)
* Manage Process of Closing Deals
* Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support
* Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
* Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
