Leasing Agent

```Duties``` As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage property maintenance requests.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure the property is well-maintained and operational.
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations when interacting with prospective tenants.
- Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize rental income.
- Understand and apply knowledge of real estate law and contracts.
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for real estate administrative tasks.
```Requirements``` To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS, OneSite, Yardi, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively upsell rental units to prospective tenants.
