Fuel Delivery Driver

JOB This position is responsible for delivery of fuel products to all county vehicle and equipment.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Loads and delivers products safely and in compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Maintains accurate records of all delivery documents.
Communicate with user to ensure proper service and safety during deliveries.
Cleans as needed to maintain a professional appearance with trucks and facility.
This involves washing truck regularly.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections including inspection under the hood and truck, checking fluids and brakes.
Participates in safety meetings and reports all injuries, spills and property damage.
Identifies and communicates job hazards.
Follows DOT Regulations.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The Fuel Delivery Driver must be knowledgeable of the following principles, procedures, and concepts: Knowledge of defensive driving techniquesSkill in operating a large truck.
Operate all fueling devicesSkill in oral and written communication.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License.
Must possess a valid Georgia Commercial Driver's License.
Maintain a valid working telephone.
